So here we are, you've decided that the next step is to buy an RC Laser from us here at Abersoch Boatyard Services Ltd.

Thanks for that, we are sure you won't be disappointed.

The easiest way to RC Laser gratification is to drop Tim an email with your requirements and your contact details. Tim will then give you a call and let you know what timescale you are looking at for delivery and of course the cost.

Deliverywise we continue to use a local firm "Delsol" who are part of the APC network. We have used them for a good number of years and touch wood we have had no incidents. Their drivers are careful and courteous and they offer a number of different services, including a Saturday delivery.

You can of course pop to us and collect your boat, we are open 7 days a week from March until October and the kettle is usually on. If you time your visit right and the tide is in, there is always time for a quick sail of your new boat and a chat.

Winter opening varies, but does not include weekends unless a prior arrangement has been made.

We have put together a couple of packages which are aimed at both recreational sailers as well as racers.

Recreational Pack*

This pack contains the basic boat and rig package and with the addition of some batteries you'll be on the water within minutes of recieving your boat!

• B Rig including mast, sail, boom & cordage
• Blue RC Laser carry bag
• RC transmitter, wiring harness, switch and receiver, pre installed (2.4Ghz)
• Sail winch and rudder servo, pre installed (Hitec items)

Racer Pack*

This is aimed at the yacht or dinghy racer who is looking for a new challange perhaps through the winter months, or the model yacht sailer who is looking for a competitive low cost fleet to race in.

It includes all of the items in the Recreational Pack, but also has the A and C rigs included. We have included masts and booms and cordage for all the rigs so you can mark your settings on each boom as you start to tune your rigs.

If you are looking to build a fleet and require multiple boats and rigs please drop Tim an Email and he can put together a deal to get your new fleet on the water quickly and hassle free.

* Our boats are re rigged before sending them out to you, the original lines and sheets that are supplied by the manufacturer are not really up to scratch for anything but the most basic of sailing. We re rig using either 80lb dacron or Dyneema braid which is very thin (0.35mm). The original spring tensioner is done away with and is replaced with an elastic system which is much better. This is all done FOC to enhance the reliability and enjoyment of your new boat.
