We are excited to be offering the Ocean Kayak range from our Abersoch base. These kayaks are the original "sit on top" kayak range, originally developed some 35 years ago. They offer a wealth of excellent design features along with innovative thinking have made these kayaks the world leaders for a good number of years.
Don't think that they are expensive because they are market leaders. There are four models that are less than £300.00 and with the release of the new Yak Sport for 2007 at only £249.00 we now offer the most complete range of sit on top kayaks in the area.
We aim to stock the more popular models on a year round basis, however if you require one of the dedicated fishing kayaks, please call us before you arrive so we can arrange to have one with us for you. We have an excellent supply route for the Ocean Kayak range so even if a model isn't in stock it can usually be with us within 24 hours.

Yak Sport
This is a new Kayak for 2007. It combines many innovative features to make this kayak completely maintenance free. With its compact size and light weight, it is easily managed by children and adults alike. The moulded in carry handles make it easy to transport, and you are safe in the knowledge that they are never going to drop off! The seat has also been moulded in and is comfy for a wide range of heights. An optional padded backrest is available. Other clever design features include a fishing rod holder and moulded grooves to stow your paddle so everything is easy to manage.
An ideal way into this exciting sport, and handy for the beach, everyone should have one.

Kea
Ideal for kids, the classic tri form hull synonymous with the Ocean Kayak brand has been scaled down to be short, lightweight and manageable by the smaller people on the beach. With its moulded in seat, footwell, bottle holder and storage area with integral strap this kayak can even carry your packed lunch and bucket and spade!

A maneuverable, forgiving and fun kayak, ideally suited to both messing around on flat water, and in the surf its a blast. The perfect choice for beginners or recreational surf kayakers. Having trouble choosing yet? Take a look at the Frenzy, it offers two large storage areas with removable bungee. It is the kayak that people keep for a lifetime. The clue is in the title, this kayak is built for two. Built for affordable family adventure or fun with a friend this is a stable and versatile kayak for a variety of water conditions. The most compact and lightweight tandem sit on top for sale anywhere in the world. With three moulded in footwells and seats this kayak can be paddled solo or with two people.
