For Sale

This page is pretty self explanatory, if it is for sale, it is here!

If you have something for sale in the Abersoch area, from a small dinghy to a half millon pound chalet on The Warren drop us an email with a couple of photos and some details and we'll post it on here for you. We will of course have to charge you a small fee for this, but we'll sort all that out on an individual basis.

To enquire about any of the items below please call Tim on 01758 713900

Yamaha F100 - 2001

We took this off the back of a rib last season as the owners wanted to upgrade to a newer model. The engine has been comprehensively serviced and has also benefitted from a new trim motor and trim ram pin so goes up and down as smooth as you like!

It will come complete with all controls, cables (might not be the right length for your boat) and loom. We can even mount the engine on your boat if required.

Mariner 60 Four Stroke - 2002

This is offered as spares really. It came to us with an overheat problem which turned out to be a blocked water pipe in the mid section. Other than this is was a very good, clean, low hours engine. By the time we'd explained this to the owner he told us to put a new Yam 70 on the back of the boat.

We also have the control box, cables and clocks to go with this.

So we have a few main sections that the engine now sits in.

The first is the powerhead which was removed complete and will come with all the bits that you see in the photos. £500

Second are the plastics, these can be had individually or as a set of three. £350 set

Third we have the saddle bracket complete with trim motor, pump etc. £250

And then the gearbox & prop £350

Harrier Plus Dinghy

Bought a couple of years back, used 4 or 5 times since, kept in good order, comes with two sails, trolley and trailer, cover (has seen better days), great fun to sail but I'm not getting enough use from it to keep it. Think single handed Merlin Rocket and you're there. It has been converted to a Plus correctly with a Fireball board.

Will put new bearings in the road base before sale.

1972 Bugle VW Beach Buggy

Possibly the best, most amusing transport for Abersoch. Restored over a two year period before making it back onto the road for the first time last year since 1988. Full overhaul of engine, brakes, suspension and what little interior there is. It now stops, starts and drives like it should do.

It retains lots of originality and certainly isn't a show queen but nor has it been ragged across the beaches of Abersoch. Garaged every night and wants for nothing and looks amazing.

Will come with 1 years MOT and the tax is free.

I don't want to sell it but apparently having two buggies is just plain greedy.

Mirror Dinghy

Wooden Mirror Dinghy, Pink, yes pink, North sails, combi trailer good condition.

Offers around £500 with proceeds of sale going to the Abersoch RNLI.

For more details of these boats please give Tim a call on 01758 713900 or drop him an email

Heatwave!....nope, not here. Apparently it will get better as the day goes on but currently it is still windy, grey and a little bit showery. As for the heat....well I'm not sure we'll see that at all, we might get to the high teens but I'd be surprised if we hit the 20's. Still, it looks like Friday and Saturday could be boating days, so get down here and get on with it!

9th April 2018

7th April 2018

Suns out, water is flat enough, time to go boating if you are here but get down early as the weather looks like it might go off this afternoon.

3rd April 2018

So we are back in the world of websites once more and will hopefully be able to keep you all a little more up to date with what we are getting up to here at the yard. Nothing groundbreaking for 2018, the yard is still the same, the staff are still the same, it's another fun year at the if only the weather would play ball and it would stop raining.
